Life Resolution for 2005

1st day of the new year, am having a short moment of silence in my home reflecting abt the past year and my new beginning this year.

It is a sad thing to have such a mighty disaster at the closing of the 2004. Newpapers, TV, radio were filled with photos, images, reports on the effects of the disaster and how it affected millions of families. And it is only getting more gloomy as more bodies are found.

I found myself rejoiceing when a lost one is found, or when stories of survivors are told, yet many more times tearing when i read abt stories of how lives are lost.

Once again, i am reminded that life is so unpredictable, that we should wallow in our own little issues and problems OR strive to live lifes that count, living for those who cannot do so anymore, for those who went up to heavens before their time is up, to not take life with complacency and laziness.

There is so much out there to accomplish, so may lives waiting to be touched, so let's us grab hold of everyday and make it the world a brighter and better place!
